The new fiancee of Taylor Swiftthe ex matt healey is enjoying a surprise trip to Australia.
Gabbriette Bechtel, 26 years old, who has been romantically involved with Matt since last yeardined at the modern Japanese restaurant Ito in Sydney on Thursday.
The glamorous model and influencer feasted on Shio kombu bread with garlic seaweed butter, sashimi and Hiramasa kingfish, white ponzu and pumpkin.
Gabbriette seemed delighted to try out one of Sydney’s best dining spots while making the most of her time in Australia.
The model captioned the post with some fun words: ‘Wow that’s cool!’
Gabbriette has remained tight-lipped about why she’s currently in Sydney, but as one of the world’s most sought-after models and influencers, she may be collaborating with a high-profile Australian brand.
She recently collaborated with cosmetics brand MAC Australia to launch her own lip kit.
The American star looked effortlessly chic as she dined, sporting a sleek black designer leather suit.

Gab and Matt have been linked since September 2023, following Healy’s split from Taylor Swift in June, when they were spotted enjoying some steamy PDA in New York City.
They are now an official couple and have since made several public appearances together, including during Fashion Week and at concerts with their band The 1975s.
Often known simply as Gabbriette, she was born in Orange County, Californiain 1997, making her eight years younger than Matty.
Although she moved to Los Angeles with dreams of being a ballet dancer, Gabbriette pursued a modeling career after being cast in a Blood Orange music video.
This wasn’t easy, however, as she told Vogue in May 2023 that she spent a lot of time as “a working, unpaid model.”
Bechtel, 26, who has been romantically involved with Taylor Swift’s ex Healy since last year, dined at trendy Japanese restaurant, Ito, in Sydney on Thursday.
The glamorous model and influencer feasted on Shio kombu bread with garlic seaweed butter, sashimi and Hiramasa kingfish, white ponzu and pumpkin.
Since then he has worked with brands such as Diesel, Bottega Veneta and Marc Jacobs.
This is not something she foresaw as a child, adding: ‘Most of the students at my high school were beautiful blonde girls who were strictly white, and my sister and I were Hispanic. They called me some pretty horrible things and I learned to laugh about it.
In addition to her modeling activities, Gabbriette shares a taste for the stage with Matty, who was the lead vocalist of the punk rock band Nasty Cherry, a group handpicked by British pop singer Charli XCX in 2018.
Gabriette and Matt (right) have been linked since September 2023, following his split from Taylor Swift in June.
Taylor (left) was first linked to Healy (right) in 2014 and again in 2023, but they reportedly split after a month of dating.
