Tigerair has reinvented its customer experience, while the airline is announcing a series of huge changes.
The Australian budget airline offers passengers the chance to jump long lines in front of the airport, add extra baggage and select seats via a self-service kiosk or credit card payment before take-off.
The airline's website has also undergone changes, with a new travel hub giving jetsetters a detailed description of each of the 12 destinations offered.

The airline's general manager, Hope Antzoulatos, said the changes make it possible to book flights for a more efficient process.
& # 39; We know that the way our customers book and research flights has changed. That's why we redesigned our online experience to create a one-stop shop for all their travel needs – from creating a simpler flight search function to better managing their books and checking in, & Mrs. Antzoulatos said in a statement.
& # 39; Tigerair is the only Australian airline with this refreshingly simple and dynamic search experience that offers complete transparency about the availability of fares and a seamless and intuitive customer journey from booking to boarding. & # 39;
The website also offers an extensive list of things to do at any vacation spot, even with advice from the locals.
Melbourne and Brisbane already welcome the new changes. Sydney, Adelaide and the Gold Coast expect the upgrades this month.
The airline will also release a new mobile app.
