A talented baker has shared his recipe for making the ultimate chocolate chip cookie base loaded brownies at home.
Melbourne-based Morgan Hipworth shared a video on TikTok and Instagram showing exactly how he made the delectable dessert.
“Look, it’s no secret that I love brownies, but my ultimate loaded brownies take this love to another level,” he wrote online.
While the method is simple, the recipe calls for some specific ingredients because the cookie crust is made from scratch.

How to make Morgan Hipworth’s ultimate loaded browniesies
For the basics:
- 115 grams unsalted butter, softened
- 80 grams of brown sugar
- 55 grams caster sugar
- 1 egg
- 190 grams of flour
- 1/2 tablespoon cornstarch ma
- 1/2 teaspoon bi-carb soda
- 175 grams of chocolate chips
For the brownie:
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 120 grams unsalted butter, melted
- 30 grams of cocoa powder
- 1 cup (220 grams) caster sugar
- 1/2 cup (75 grams) flour
- 50 grams of chocolate chips
- 12 oreos
- 1/4 cup Biscoff cookie butter, melted
To make the chocolate chip cookie crust:
Grease a line in a deep baking dish.
Combine the butter, brown sugar and caster sugar in the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment and blend for 2 minutes or until light and fluffy.
Add the eggs and mix on high speed until the mixture is light and fluffy. Add the flour, cornstarch and high-carb soda and mix on the lowest speed until all the flour is just incorporated.
Add the chocolate chips and mix on the lowest speed until the chocolate chips are evenly incorporated into the dough.
Press the cookie dough into the bottom of the mold and top with the Oreos and top with the melted cookie butter. Place in the freezer for at least 20 minutes to set.
To make the brownies:
Preheat the oven to 140 degrees Celsius
In a large mixing bowl, add the brownie ingredients, except for the chocolate chips, and mix with a wooden spoon until just combined. Add the chocolate chips and stir to combine.
Add the brownie batter to the Oreo layer and bake in the preheated oven for about 50 minutes or until the brownie is JUST wobbly in the center.
Let cool completely before serving
