Millions of iPhone users have been affected by an outage that leaves their devices in SOS mode, preventing them from making calls or sending text messages.
While the issue is caused by AT&T experiencing a network outage, there are several solutions to get your smartphone back online, and the easiest is to perform a hard reset.
This is done by quickly pressing and releasing the volume up button, then the volume down button, and then pressing and holding the side button.
When the Apple logo appears, release the side button and then restart your iPhone as usual.
This is a developing story… More updates to come.
