A queen of cleaning and organization has shared her simple method for making a greasy stove shine like new using a few pantry basics.
Chantel Mila, who goes by the name Mama Mila online, revealed how she cleverly cleans her dirty stove in five easy steps.
The Melbourne mother-of-two cleaned all the nooks and crannies, including the grates and burners on her stove, with boiling water, baking soda, lemon, and dishwashing liquid.
Chantel begins by removing the stove grates and letting them soak in hot soapy water to soften any stubborn grease.

The mom also adds a few drops of essential oil to make her home smell amazing, but she said this was an optional ingredient.
Chantel stirs to make a paste, then pours the mixture into an airtight bottle.
“This blend is so powerful at removing tough stains and limescale,” she explained, adding that it has great “cleaning power” and is perfect for areas that “need a little more work.”
