This comes after Donald Trump’s campaign last month set the record straight about the rise of his vice presidential candidate, JD Vance.
Google search results labeled Vance as 5’7″, which appeared to be a gross underestimation of his height, based on his record in the Senate with his colleagues.
To set the record straight, a campaign official sent a photo of Vance standing next to former President Trump, who his White House physician says is 6’3″.
This is not the first time that online search results have been wrong about the height of a prominent political figure.
Democratic candidate Kamala Harris complained in a recent interview with Katie Couric that Wikipedia listed her height as 5’2″. “That is absolutely incorrect. I’m 5’2 and a quarter,” Harris said afterward.
