Australian shoppers have discovered a “hidden gem” discount retailer where they can find designer buys from brands like Fendi, Dior and Aje at affordable prices.
The cost of living crisis has caused Australians to tighten their pockets and give up luxuries like new clothes for every occasion.
TK Maxx, which has stores in New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland and South Australia, is the answer to buying new clothes and shoes on a budget.
Beth Zazlanfrom Queensland, recently found a goldmine in clothing lines from Australian brands such as Camilla and Marc, Acler, Bec+Bridge, Shona Joy, Dion Lee, Zimmerman and Acler.
“I was there for a pillow, but I ended up buying some sparkly earrings from (American jewelry brand) Badgley Mischka,” Beth told FEMAIL.
He went to the Newstead store in Fortitude Valley.
TK Maxx sells old stock from previous seasons and shoppers have described it as a “clearance treasure hunt”.
Many have seen bags from Fendi, Dior and Bottega Venetta on sale.
TK Maxx has stores in New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland and South Australia.

Others have seen Gucci and Versace sunglasses, Hugo Boss accessories and Christopher Esber dresses.
Beth said: “I was really impressed, so if you’re looking for a bargain head there.”
A David Jones employee revealed in a comment that discounted items from stores that don’t sell are sent to TK Maxx.
Some shoppers shared the shocking finds they discovered.
“Saw Manolo Blahniks at the Southern Cross TK Maxx,” said one.
“It’s basically an outlet store so always keep an eye out because some of the brands they sell are quirky and very exciting,” added another.
“Found Gucci sunglasses, Ag jeans, Rag & Bone jeans, and Christopher Esber dresses all in the last week,” wrote a third.
