Prince Harry’s evolution since his first public engagements has been analyzed by body language expert Darren Stanton, who highlighted significant changes in the Duke of Sussex’s behavior and confidence. speaking in On behalf of Betfair, Stanton shared his observations about Harry and Meghan Markle’s development over time.
“One of the main differences between Harry and Meghan over the years is their increasing level of self-confidence.” Stanton explained.. “In the early stages, we sometimes noticed signs of nervousness between the couple while attending public events or engagements.”
Stanton noted that Harry’s body language initially revealed signs of unease. “Harry often put his hands in his pockets or played with his cufflinks, both pacifying gestures used in moments of nervousness or restlessness. This is something Prince Charles used to do often.”
However, over the years, Harry’s body language has changed drastically. “Nowadays, Harry tends to stand much more upright, with his shoulders back,” Stanton observed. “There has definitely been a decrease in his peacemaking gestures over the years, which shows that his confidence has grown and developed enormously.”
Stanton also touched on the couple’s journey together, acknowledging the challenges they have faced since Meghan joined the royal scene. “In terms of their development over the years, the couple has been through a lot to get to where they are today.” he pointed out.
Comparing Meghan to Princess Diana, Stanton commented on her initial adjustment to royal life. “Meghan was a lot like Princess Diana in that she was new on the scene and had to meet the royal family. However, despite having had challenges since then, the couple has only gotten stronger over the years.”
Stanton’s insights emphasize Harry’s personal growth and the resilience of his relationship with Meghan, suggesting that their shared experiences have reinforced their trust and unity as a couple.
