One of Australia’s top cosmetic surgeons has revealed how Kylie and Kendall Jenner have influenced young women Down Under to go for two very different looks.
Dr. Kourosh Tavakol said that while plastic surgery has seen many trends come and go over the years, the most popular aesthetic these days can be categorized as the ‘Kendall look’ and the ‘Kylie look’.
Speaking with renowned cosmetic nurse Alex Pike on her upcoming podcast, Dr. Tavakol explained how the Jenner sisters have set two very different trends based on their respective body types.
She noted that her clients are heavily influenced by Kylie, 25, and Kendall, 27, and those hoping for a more natural look reference Kendall during consultations, while women who want more striking curves look to Kylie for inspiration.
Dr. Tavakol summed up that supermodel Kendall embodies a more European aesthetic, while makeup mogul Kylie has the typical ‘LA girl’ vibe.

Dr Tavakol said Kylie (right) has more of a ‘Miami’ look, while her subtle supermodel sister Kendall (left) is closer to a Parisian aesthetic.
“We have a great demographic of Kendall vs. Kyle, Europe vs. America,” he said.
“And that’s basically because Kendall is very Parisian: her looks and her features and her breast augmentation is very natural, most likely 220cc, 230cc.
“And then her sister is all about the Miami look: it’s all about the curves and the accentuation of the curves with the best surgery.”
Neither Kendall nor Kylie have admitted to having plastic surgery, except for fillers.
However, many plastic surgery experts believe that Kendall has had breast augmentation, among other surgeries. Her sister Kylie of hers is likely to have had a boob job and a Brazilian butt lift, as well as other facial and body enhancements.
Despite denying for years that she has gone under the knife, Kendall has been photographed in recent months with a larger chest.
While her breasts are still smaller and more natural, many surgeons, including Dr. Tavakol, are in no doubt that small silicone implants were placed in her chest.
The conversation about what plastic surgery Kylie has gotten has been going on for years, as the mother of two looks unrecognizable in comparison to her teenage self.

Kylie has said in the past that she is terrified of plastic surgery, claiming that her curvaceous figure is due to weight gain as an adult (pictured on the left in 2010 and on the right in 2023).
At just 17 years old, her lips made headlines around the world after she went from having a small upper lip to a plump, full mouth.
At first he denied rumors that he had lip injections and said he was just lip liner, and that’s when his multi-million dollar empire Kyle Cosmetics was formed.
The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star later admitted that she had filled in her lips, but has denied all other speculation about plastic surgery.
However, it appears that she had filler placed elsewhere on her face, because after giving birth to her first daughter, Stormi, she said she got rid of all the filler.
Posting a photo in 2018 showing a more natural look on Kylie, one follower said, “She looks like the old Kylie here,” to which Kylie herself replied, “I got rid of all my padding.”

Since then, it looks like Kylie has returned to her plastic surgeon’s office and is now rocking the ultra-glam look she was once famous for.
Speaking to Paper Magazine in 2019, she denied having any plastic surgery other than the filler, calling the rumors “completely false.”
“People think that I completely went under the knife and completely reconstructed my face, which is completely false,” he said.

Kendall is known for her refined and elegant appearance, which has made her one of the top supermodels in the world.
