Formula 1 is a sport famous for its characters – and the likes of McLaren’s Lando Norris, Finnish cult hero Valtteri Bottas and charismatic Australian Daniel Ricciardo have enjoyed their time off.

He called the city “great” and said, “it’s great to be back.”

He posted images of Hosier Lane and other well-known locations online.
Puzzled cyclists may have seen Bottas – driving for Sauber – pedaling at full speed around Albert Park.
Like Leclerc, he also went to the Urbnsurf park.
And then there’s fan favorite Ricciardo.
The Perth-born driver was spotted in Docklands and, in true Australian style, then rode his scooter around the Parc Albert circuit.
Fellow Australian Oscar Piastri showed his passion for football, proudly wearing a Richmond Tigers jersey during a meet and greet with fans on Thursday.
On Saturday from 12:30 p.m. AEDT, teams and drivers will have their last chance to compete in qualifying before the main event on Sunday from 3 p.m.
