The A-list actor left guests at Victoria Beckham’s 50th birthday party in London on Saturday night gaping in amazement after performing an incredible breakdancing routine, which culminated in the splits.
Super fit Cruise, 61, who is famous for doing all his own stunts, was a surprise on the party guest list. In fact, he has known the Beckhams for 20 years and David ‘idolizes’ him.
He is in the UK while completing filming on Mission Impossible: Dead Reckoning Part Two, which will be released in cinemas next year.

After a formal dinner, the Top Gun actor was one of the most enthusiastic dancers in the crowd of 120 at Oswalds private club in Mayfair.
Wearing full black tie, including a vest, Cruise surprised many when he demonstrated a series of breakdancing moves, culminating in splits. One guest said: “People were absolutely flabbergasted.”
Unfortunately, the Beckhams strictly banned cameras and no one is believed to have surreptitiously taken a photo.
Cruise has been seen doing famous moves on screen, memorably in his 1983 hit film Risky Business, when he slid across the floor in his underwear and socks to Old Time Rock n Roll.

Apparently his turn on the Oswalds dance floor was much more along the lines of Tropic Thunder. Cruise came out early and wore dark glasses, smiling from ear to ear and signing autographs.
It was a joyful evening and Victoria was “elated” by the success of the party and “moved” by the attendance, which included good friends such as chef Gordon Ramsay and his wife Tana, actress Eva Longoria and singer Marc Anthony , who had arrived by plane from Miami with his new wife Nadia. (David was the best man at Anthony’s fourth wedding earlier this year and Anthony performed at Brooklyn Beckham’s wedding.)
