The lawsuit includes shocking allegations that Baldoni showed Lively explicit videos and images of other women, discussed his alleged addiction to pornography, and made inappropriate comments about her weight, among other troubling comments directed at the cast and crew.
In a particularly egregious detail, Lively’s legal team claims that Baldoni introduced “improvised gratuitous sexual content and/or nudity scenes” into the film.
Newly revealed details in the lawsuit allege even more egregious behavior, with court documents obtained by People claiming Baldoni “improvised physical intimacy” during a scene without prior discussion or choreography.
One incident reportedly involved Baldoni “discreetly biting and sucking on Ms. Lively’s lower lip” during multiple takes, allegedly insisting on repeatedly reshooting the scene despite Lively’s clear discomfort.
The lawsuit alleges that Baldoni asked sexual questions, including asking Lively if she and her husband, Ryan Reynolds, experienced simultaneous climaxes, a question she found intrusive and refused to answer.
Baldoni’s legal team has since denied the allegations and claimed that the lawsuit was an attempt to save his reputation, which suffered during press for his film.

The film adaptation of It Ends With Us tells the story of Lily Bloom (Lively), a woman dealing with the trauma of domestic abuse inflicted by her husband, Ryle Kincaid (Baldoni).
The film is based on the book of the same name by Colleen Hoover, which was inspired by her mother’s experience with domestic violence during her marriage to the author’s father.
In addition to Blake and Justin staying away from each other, they were also rumored to have had creative differences on set.
