An Indiana father was left devastated after his partner and three young daughters were found dead in their Indiana home.
Jonathan Newell broke down in tears as he spoke about his partner Rebecca Hughes, 32, and their daughters Evalynn, 8, Allison, 6, and Amelia, 5, following their sudden deaths on Tuesday.
Police have not released the cause or manner of death of the four family members, but said there was no further threat to the public.
It is unclear how the tragedy unfolded, however, in a GoFundMe created by Jonathan, wrote that Rebecca ‘took (her daughters) with her when she passed away.’
Jonathan said ABC57‘Sometimes you’re angry, sometimes you’re sad, other times you’re so dissociated you don’t even feel like you’re there.’

The girls’ father, Jonathan Newell, said he was devastated by the loss, saying: “Sometimes you’re angry, sometimes you’re sad, other times you’re so dissociated you don’t even feel like you’re there.”
The bodies of the three girls and their mother were found at Newell’s home in Wolcottville, Indiana, after police responded to a welfare check around 11:20 a.m.
Authorities launched an investigation and crime scene investigators combed the scene, and a coroner later identified the four family members.
“I don’t ask people for help, but these children deserve so much more than I can offer them for their burials,” the grieving father wrote on the fundraiser, adding that any additional donations would be donated.
The deaths have shocked the community and a large number of flowers and teddy bears have been left at the family home.
Residents said Cold that it was common to see girls playing in their yard and around their house.
“It’s just a tragedy,” said neighbor Greg Williams.
“Whenever children are involved and they die, it’s sad.”

As first responders left the scene at the family home, another witness said he saw a firefighter burst into tears after leaving the horror inside.
As he recovers from the loss, Jonathan urged anyone suffering from mental health issues to seek help.
“To a lot of people it doesn’t seem like much, but when you’re in that situation, it’s the world,” he said.
‘If you are a parent, you have children and you need help, get it, because you never know when it might be the last time you can get it.’
The grieving father urged anyone suffering from mental health issues to reach out, adding: “If you’re a parent and you have children and you need help, get it.”
The grieving father said he now hopes to raise enough money just to pay for his daughter’s funeral, which he tearfully described as “the last thing I can do for them.”
“It is to honor and respect them and give them a dignified burial.”
