The unnamed man was cut in half before hitting the busy New York sidewalk outside the apartment complex where Jay-Z and Tom Brady live.
The incident happened at the prestigious address of 80 Columbus Circle in Midtown at 9:06 p.m. according to police and witnesses.
“The marquee cut it in half”, a construction worker told the New York Daily News.
