Two children tragically died after a suspected drunk driver plowed into a building where a birthday party was being held.
The horror unfolded on Saturday around 3 p.m. in Berlin Township, Michigan, at the Swan Boat Club, with footage showing the vehicle accelerating erratically before hitting the exterior of the building.
Authorities said the car flew more than 25 feet into the building, injuring or killing a total of 15 victims, including children and adults.
Nine victims (three children and six adults) were rushed to local hospitals with life-threatening injuries. The two children killed were an eight-year-old girl and a five-year-old boy, who were siblings.

The suspect was arrested at the scene and booked for operating while intoxicated causing death, the Monroe County sheriff said at a news conference.
The sheriff said additional charges are expected to be filed against the woman as the investigation continues.
Several ambulances and helicopters rushed to the scene, where the police set up a reunification point for the families involved, reports Click Detroit.
The sheriff said first responders who arrived at the scene described the incident as “extremely chaotic” with a “high level of emotions.”
