Horrifying moment 'perverse' doctor is caught naked on camera performing sexual acts in front of colleagues at his practice

A “perverse” doctor was caught on camera walking around naked and performing a sex act in front of workers at his office in Arkansas.

Surveillance video captured at Diffine Family Practice in Blytheville in 2019 allegedly shows Dr. David Diffine walking naked through the clinic and past patient rooms. KAIT-TV reported.

Diffine, whose license was emergency suspended last month, can also be seen exposing her naked body in front of three women in the reception area.

He allegedly performed a sexual act directly with one of the women and ejaculated on her, the images show. The victim worked at the clinic as a lab technician and was also one of Diffine’s patients.

The videos, which were sent to the Arkansas State Medical Board in July, were filmed during business hours, according to the complaint.

Diffine has also been accused of using his “position of power, sexual harassment, and pay raises to force employees and patients to perform repulsive sexual acts,” the complaint states.

The medical director of the Arkansas Medical Foundation called Diffine’s behavior “perverse” and recommended a formal professional evaluation.

The doctor, who is an internal medicine specialist and works in three Arkansas cities, faces a disciplinary hearing before the state medical board next month.

The state medical board received a complaint on July 17 of this year alleging that Diffine sexually harassed and engaged in sexual content with staff members, who were also patients.

In September, a state health department investigator interviewed him by phone about the allegations.

Diffine was told there was footage to support the allegations, but according to the investigation report, he responded, “I don’t know anything about that at all.”

“I’d have to see those things to get an idea of what you’re talking about.”

The video was reviewed by Dr. Bradley Diner of the Arkansas Medical Foundation, who wrote in investigative documents: “The widespread behavior raises concerns about a compulsive sexual disorder or paraphilia that may, in fact, cross boundaries with the provision of medical care.”

“Quite simply, his interaction with his office staff suggests an entanglement in his medical practice.”

Diffine’s license was suspended Oct. 13 following the board’s investigation. His disciplinary hearing is scheduled for December 6.

The board previously investigated Diffine over concerns about her “naturist activities” in January after receiving a complaint that she was posting nude photos on Instagram.

The complaint reportedly included screenshots of her now-deleted account @naked.drdave, which Diffine said was a “well-known” account in the “naturist community.”

Diffine told investigators she was a naturopath and claimed the practice promotes body acceptance and positivity. In a letter to the medical board he wrote: “We do not shame, sexualize, fear, or negatively stigmatize the naked body.”

He also stated that “there was no crossover between my professionalism in the practice of medicine and my naturopathic activities.”

The board decided in June to take no action against Diffine and instead filed the complaint as “information only” and added it to its file.

Diffine was also investigated in 2017 for allegedly prescribing “excessive amounts of controlled substances.” His license was temporarily suspended, but the charges were eventually dropped due to lack of evidence.

The investigation came just six years after Diffine was criminally charged in Missouri for allegedly illegally distributing painkillers.

He signed a deferred prosecution agreement in 2011 after an investigation by the state medical board and the charges were dropped, and Diffine agreed not to practice medicine in Missouri for three years.

The Missouri State Board of Healing Arts Registration closed the case in 2013 and took no action against him, according to records obtained by KAIT.

DailyMail.com called Diffine Family Practice for comment but was unable to reach a member of staff. The practice’s website also appears to have been shut down.
