A young woman at a Kamala Harris rally faces backlash after yelling in a child’s face while the girl was sitting in her stroller next to her.
The young woman, who has not yet been identified, began yelling in the boy’s face and was then pulled away by another onlooker.
She was filmed shouting in the young woman’s face and said: “I don’t give a f***, your dad is an ab***.”
The man had already been surrounded by disgruntled Harris supporters and ‘boos’ were heard before the young woman began shouting at the boy.
Then he picked up the young woman, spoke to her into the microphone and said: ‘Are you ashamed at all? Are you ashamed?’ To which she simply replied “No.”
The unidentified young woman screamed in the boy’s face: “I don’t give a damn about your parents, you ab***.”
“Look at her face, everyone look at her face,” the man continued, referring to his five-year-old daughter.
After she was pulled away, the woman in blue stood in front of the man again and asked, ‘Why would you bring her here?’
While it is unclear where the incident occurred, it is claimed that the chaos occurred outside Harris’ rally in Houston on Friday night.
Online comments were in an uproar over the young woman’s behavior and praised the woman who pulled her away.
The young woman was pulled away by another close follower, while the girl’s father picked her up and responded into his microphone.
The father of the five-year-old girl was questioned why he took his daughter to the rally, while asking into his microphone if the young woman was ‘ashamed’
One wrote: “What kind of deranged psychopath yells at someone else’s child like that?”
‘Great respect for the lady who intervened. You can see her saying, “No, no, no, that’s a baby!” Regardless of which side of the issue you are on, you did the right thing. I wish more people were like that,’ said another.
‘She tried her best to yell at the boy. Whyyyyy? The girl was sitting there.
“Even his own partner knew that was wrong,” said a fourth commenter.
