This is the horrible moment when a cockroach comes out of the ear of a woman in Vietnam.
The images captured at a clinic in the city of Hai Duong show the inside of the woman's ear after Doctor Thuoc inserts an endoscope camera.
The bug can be seen nesting deep in the woman's ear canal, moving the legs.
According to the patient, the cockroach may have entered her ear while she slept.
The recording was taken on August 4 at the clinic.
Cockroaches that nest in people's ears are unusual. In May and June, only in Florida were there two reports.
On one of those occasions, the cockroach stayed for nine days before being removed.

On the second occasion, the cockroach allegedly laid its eggs before dying.
Experts say that insects burrow in the ear because they like small, warm and humid places.
The insect is closer to the lens of the endoscope's camera and, finally, it twists out of the ear
The ear is also susceptible because cockroaches are active at night when we sleep, so humans are natural targets.
Coby Schal, an entomologist at North Carolina State University told The Verge: "When you enter the ear, it's like a safe place to eat or rest."
He added: "The smell that emanates from the ear is attractive to the cockroach."
