Shocking moment homeowner is beaten with a belt and left with broken bones in his face and ribs after telling strangers to stop having sex outside his home

A Georgia man was beaten by a teenager using his belt buckle after he walked out of his house to protest to the man after hearing him having sex with a woman in the bushes outside his window.
Footage of the violent and unusual assault was caught in the town of Alpharetta, Georgia, last month – a town of 66,000 people.
The owner walked out of his house to find the pair having sex directly near his home while working in his garage one evening in the residential area of Avalon, near a high-end shopping center range.
After confronting the couple about their inappropriate behavior, the suspect removed his belt from his jeans and hit the owner with his belt buckle several times before fleeing.

The assault, which took place last month, was videotaped and happened after the landlord noticed the pair outside his property and decided to confront them.
Although the owner sued the couple, he was later found unconscious by his wife after sustaining serious injuries that left him with broken bones and hospital treatment.
Images seen by WSB-TV sees the man throw a punch with the owner’s initial interaction with the suspect and an accompanying woman.
“While we are unsure of the exact words exchanged between the owner and the suspect, it is evident that the situation has escalated beyond reasonable limits,” Alpharetta Police Department Capt. Jakai Braithwaite said.
The man’s wife then came out to find her husband with a cold after suffering fractures to his face, a broken rib, cuts and bruises on his back from the belt.
The woman who was with the suspect at the time of the incident noticed that she was being filmed by security cameras
The couple walked through a local shopping center where they were again captured by surveillance cameras

“When she came out and found him lying on the ground, it was not a typical assault scenario where the victim immediately called the police for help. He was unconscious and in a vulnerable state.
The owner told police he decided not to retaliate because his attacker appeared much younger himself, believing him to be a teenager.
Captain Braithwaite urges people who find themselves in similar situations to simply contact the police.
“If you alert us, we will perform our duties effectively. At Alpharetta, we have a commendable response time. Help will be on the way. We are coming,” Braithwaite said.
Police have yet to identify the couple featured in the video.
