A Hollywood stylist has praised Australian superstar Cate Blanchett’s behavior after giving two A-list colleagues less than stellar reviews.
Celebrity hairstylist Emanuel Miller has done the hair of some of Tinseltown’s biggest names and recently admitted that Anne Hathaway and Blake Lively were difficult to work with.
Speaking recently on the What Was It Like podcast with host Julian Morgans, Emanuel revealed that he and Cate formed a personal connection.
“Cate Blanchett and I knew each other’s families, she knew my kids,” he revealed.
This is in stark contrast to Emanuel’s experience working with Anne Hathaway and Blake Lively.
In a shocking TikTok teaser video for the full podcast, Emanuel claimed that working with The Princess Diaries star, 41, was “one of the worst experiences.”
“I did a movie with Anne Hathaway and that was one of my worst experiences,” Emanuel said.

He added that his daughter was acting as a stand-in for the star, but there was never any personal conversation between the couple.
“During that time, when we were in Los Angeles, my daughter was her understudy and I did her hair personally, just one by one I did her hair,” Emmanuel revealed.
‘She never said, “Your daughter, do you have any other children” or “How long have you been married?”

People online flocked to the comments section to share their surprise at the stylist’s opinion of the star.

The stylist then revealed that Blake Lively, who has recently been embroiled in bitter controversy, was “dismissive.”
Another user added: “I would have hated myself, because I hate small talk.”
Her opinion on Blake came as no surprise to viewers, as the Green Lantern actress has faced a wave of controversy in recent months.
Blake has faced criticism for how she promoted her film It Ends With Us amid accusations of a rumored breakup with Justin Baldoni, who plays her on-screen love interest, after the actors took part in separate promotional work on the hit summer and it is said not to be talking.
The drama began with rumors of tension between the stars after Blake allegedly felt Justin was ’embarrassing’ her when she asked her personal trainer for guidance on how to protect her back during a scene where he had to lift her up.
