It comes after Stephen Mulhern shared his “complete and utter joy” at working with Holly again on his new show.
The presenter, 47, joined forces with his Dancing On Ice co-host to front the epic revamped game show, which premieres on ITV on Saturday night.
You bet! was a popular quiz show originally presented by Bruce Forsyth and then Matthew Kelly for 10 series in the 1980s and 1990s.
Stephen, who is recovering after collapsing at Pizza Express earlier this month, said it is a “pleasure” to be reunited with Holly, who he has been presenting with for almost two decades after they started out on children’s TV together.
“Having Holly by my side is a complete and utter joy because we’ve obviously worked together on so many shows over the years,” he told The Sun’s TV Mag.
“We are very good friends and, just like on Dancing on Ice, which we both love, we react to each other, we support each other and, most importantly, we support the contestants.”
“I think we know each other inside out. We enjoy each other’s company and I love her very much.
You bet! is billed as the new Saturday night entertainment show in which a group of ordinary people take on jaw-dropping challenges.

With a star-studded panel including comedian Rob Beckett, Alison Hammond and Olly Murs, for each challenge celebrities and studio audiences must bet on whether the challengers can do it.
And the stakes couldn’t be higher as the public’s favorite challenger of the night will win a whopping £10,000, while the losing celebrity must take part in the dreaded losing finale.
The show’s packed trailer was filled with climbing, cycling, fire, bulldozers, cactus licking and even a goat.
One contestant bet he could use his excavator to set off three fireworks while doing a wheelie and confessed that being on the show felt like being “on the set of a major Hollywood movie.”
Another claimed he could deliver four parcels of takeaway food on his bike faster than a delivery drone, while a couple bet they could name any of their goats just by looking at a part of its body.
Speaking of his enthusiasm for the show, Stephen previously said: “Whenever I was asked if there was a show I could ever bring back, I always said ‘You bet!'”
He continued: “So now we have the opportunity for younger viewers who have never seen the show before to enjoy it and for older audiences to remember and also see how the show is updated.”
Speaking about being part of the show, Holly previously said: ‘I remember watching You Bet! when I was a kid and I loved it. For me, it was like real Saturday night TV.
It comes after Stephen Mulhern shared his ‘complete and utter joy’ at working with Holly again on his new show.
‘I remember being glued to the TV watching an excavator pick up 6 delicate eggs with its giant jaws and place them in egg cups, all in one minute.
‘I remember looking at my dad, who was as enthralled as I was. “I think the show works for all ages and is a real family show.”
When asked what his most memorable moment from filming was, he joked: “The one that stands out the most to me was a lovely couple whose unique challenge was that they could identify different types of cacti, blindfolded, by licking them.”
‘Yes… just using their tongues, they had to identify many different types of cacti in order to overcome the challenge. It’s a real pleasure in every way.’
