Holly Ramsay and Adam Peaty have announced their engagement.
The couple, who have been dating for three years, shared the news in sweet Instagram posts on Thursday as Holly showed off her dazzling yellow diamond engagement ring.
Holly, 24, and Adam, 29, complemented their posts with Bible verses after the Olympic swimmer revealed religion had saved him from addiction.
Influencer Holly was the first to share the news, as she posted a series of sweet photos together and wrote: ‘I’m getting married to my best friend. I really can’t put into words how I feel right now. I still remember how big my smile was the morning I came home from my first date with you.
“Thank you for allowing the little girl inside me to feel loved, seen, and happier than ever. I love you and can’t wait to be your wife.”

The couple, who have been dating for three years, shared the news in sweet Instagram posts on Thursday as Holly showed off her dazzling engagement ring.
Holly shared: ‘Thank you for allowing the little girl inside me to feel loved, seen and happier than ever. I love you and can’t wait to be your wife.’
He went on to make reference to Adam’s son George, whom he shares with ex-girlfriend Eirianedd Munro.
Holly continued: ‘I promise to always be there for you and George. I’m so grateful to be in your life and I can’t wait any longer.
“And now these three remain: faith, hope and love; but the greatest of these is love.” 1 Corinthians 13:13
Adam also shared an emotional post announcing the news, which comes after he made the decision to take a break from swimming.
In his heartfelt post, he praised his fiancée for sticking by him through his “lowest moments” following his highly publicized battle with alcoholism and mental health.
He wrote: “I can’t believe you’re going to be my wife. I am truly the luckiest man in the world to have such a gentle, caring and beautiful woman by my side. You fill my heart to the brim and give peace to my soul.
‘You’ve been with me when I’ve been at my worst and helped me understand myself to navigate my own darkness.
“You’ve also celebrated the highlights, and there have been many, as for the first time in my life I’m happy with the man I’ve become. You came to church with me and joined the amazing community we have there without hesitation.”
Holly shared: ‘I’m getting married to my best friend. I can’t put into words how I feel right now.’
Adam also shared a gushing post in which he praised Holly for helping him through dark times.
Adam continued: ‘His family has always treated me so generously with their time, emotion and trust. I can’t wait to be with them too.
‘I have always believed that when two people are engaged and then get married, we are no longer two people, but we become one and it is the greatest privilege to share that with you.
“Watching you demonstrate the love you give to the most important person in my life, George, from day one I never doubted that one day you would become my wife. I look forward to our life together and the many challenges we will face.
‘I promise to always love you with all my heart.

The couple were immediately inundated with congratulatory messages, with Holly’s famous dad Gordon Ramsay writing: “Congratulations to you both! We are beyond thrilled and enjoying this moment! Welcome to the family.”
His net worth is believed to be worth £610million. Gordon has six children with his wife Tana, 49, Megan, 26, twins Holly and Jack, 24, Tilly, 22, Oscar, five, and Jesse, eight months.
Holly, an influencer who now has 347,000 followers, works with brands including Space NK, Net A Porter and Charlotte Tilbury.
Holly and Adam met in 2021 on Strictly Come Dancing, where Adam performed alongside Holly’s sister Matilda.
In January of this year, the influencer revealed a new tattoo that she got to match Adam’s.
After studying fashion at Ravensbourne University, she dropped out after a year and was admitted to the Nightingale Hospital in Marylebone after suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) following sexual assault.
Shortly after, in 2019, she signed with Established Models; a London-based modeling agency.
In the summer of 2021, Holly launched a podcast called 21& Over, but after 13 episodes it was discontinued.
