Holly Hagan has shared a major transformation image after losing 47 pounds.
The Geordie Shore star, 31, revealed she had been on a mission to “reduce her BBL naturally” after being unhappy with her post-baby body.
But Holly attributed her incredible progress to “10 months of consistency” as she realised she could lose the pounds she wanted in a safer way and avoid surgery.
On Tuesday, the mother of one shared a before and after photo from April 2023 and now that showed off her backside.
Holly, who welcomed her son Alpha-Jax in June last year, said her impressive turnaround was down to “a few 20-minute classes from home”, “matching her calories” and “getting her steps in”.

She wrote: ‘I’ve been working hard (literally) to reduce my weight naturally after gaining weight during pregnancy and most of it went to my bum.
‘The bullying I received about my postpartum body wasn’t ideal and meant I stopped appearing and creating content for @teamfittyapp because I was so nervous about what people would say about my body.
‘I was constantly encouraged to have another surgery to reverse it without people understanding the danger of surgery in that area. I knew it could be reduced with fat loss, it just took consistency and patience.
‘I honestly feel devastated that I didn’t have the education I have now to understand how to get the body I wanted through diet and exercise.
‘I didn’t know what my body was capable of and I thought it was the easy way out. (It wasn’t) and it’s caused me a lot of problems ever since.
“I’d like to know how simple it really is. A few 20-minute classes from home, adding steps and adjusting calories to the activity. That’s it!”

The Brazilian butt lift (BBL), also known as buttock augmentation with fat grafting, gained popularity in the mid-2010s.
It is performed by extracting fat from an area of the body, such as the waist or inner thigh, and implanting it in the buttocks.
BBLs can be reduced through weight loss techniques such as exercise and diet or by using liposuction to remove subcutaneous fat.

Jacob is currently a striker for Northern Premier League Division One East club Bradford (Park Avenue).
He and Holly confirmed their relationship in June 2017. They announced their engagement in June 2019 and tied the knot in June 2022.
Holly previously dated fellow Geordie Shore alum Kyle Christie from 2014 to 2017.

Holly rose to fame on Geordie Shore and, like her co-stars, was tempted by the free surgery she was offered (pictured in 2011).
In March, Holly revealed the results of her 1.8kg weight loss after embarking on a six-month fitness regime following the birth of Alpha.
She revealed that she found it difficult to receive comments from trolls about her postpartum body.
Holly once again shared before and after photos of her transformation, wearing the same pair of purple leggings and a black crop top for the photos.
While she looked amazing in both photos, Holly admitted she wasn’t happy with her figure before she started her health journey.
She told her fans that she did not want to succumb to the “quick fix” option of undergoing surgery as she has done in the past.
The star insisted she “knew I could get to where I wanted to be” if she applied some patience and consistency to her training.
Holly can currently be seen on Geordie Shore, starting in 2022. She previously appeared in 2018-2019 and 2011-2016.
