A holiday company has offered avid shoppers £ 20 coach trips to visit the world’s largest Primark in Birmingham.

Yorkshire Rose Holidays will take keen shoppers from Barnsley, Dewsbury, Wakefield, Pontefract, Castleford, Huddersfield and Brighouse to the expansive low-cost shop on June 26.

Birmingham’s Primark – opened in April 2019 – is the largest fashion store in the world, with a Guinness World Records ruling to prove it.

And a visit can become a whole day, with its five floors of fashion, a beauty salon, hairdresser and three different dining experiences – including the Disney Café.

It has a mini Hogwarts Wizarding World zone and a custom lab for personalizing various items, such as t-shirts.

The branch is 5,000 square feet larger than its previous largest store in Manchester, with 160,100 square feet of retail space.

When it opened in 2019, 5,000 people visited on the first day alone – and it seems demand has still not waned.

The store employs more than 1,000 people. Another 100 work in the ‘partner experiences’, such as chefs and hair stylists.

The Disney Café – with interactive tables for children to play with – is one of three on-site restaurants; the others are the Mezz restaurant and the Primarket Café.

There is also Duck & Dry Xpress, Primark’s largest ever beauty salon for nails, makeup, hair, eyebrows and lashes, and Mills hairdressers for male clients.

The central escalator block in the heart of the building is adorned with slogans like ‘Hello Brum’ and ‘love it’ illuminated in neon blue.

There are also digital storefronts to entice passing customers – as well as items from the clothing range dedicated to Harry Potter, which first launched in September 2017.

There’s even a T-shirt printing station where Disney fans can get their own text below an image of their favorite character on official Disney T-shirts, starting at £ 5 for kids sizes.

Facts about the birthplace of the flagship store are also scattered across the walls, with one reading: ‘Birmingham Museum and Art Gallery has the largest collection of Pre-Raphaelite art in the world.’

A Primark spokesperson previously shared how the store created more than 500 new jobs in the area upon opening – while 430 colleagues will be relocating from its existing Birmingham location.
