Meanwhile, Jenna spent the vacation with her husband Henry Hager and their three children – Mila, Poppy, and Hal – at her mother-in-law Maggie’s house.
The 38-year-old shared heartwarming photos of her family dressed in red, white, and blue while wearing face masks outside.
“There was a little bike parade with my mother-in-law,” she explained. “We’ve been socially distant this year, so we are with our masks and our red, white and blue.”
All in all: Jenna spent the vacation with her husband Henry Hager and their three children, Mila, Poppy and Hal, at her mother-in-law Maggie’s house
Matching: she shared photos of Mila, seven, Poppy, four, and Hal, 11 months, dressed in red, white, and blue as she participated in a socially distant cycling parade nearby
Jenna’s daughters Mila, seven, and Poppy, four, wear matching dresses, while baby Hal, who turns one year old in August, has an equally patriotic romper.
Hal’s girls’ bicycles and pram are decorated with American flags and red, white and blue garlands. The whole family wears masks except Hal.
“Hal doesn’t hold up a mask, so if anyone has any advice for babies in masks, let me know,” Jenna asked on Monday’s show.
The mom said she knows that Hal doesn’t need to wear a mask because he’s so young, but it reminds her that you are always told to put on your breathing mask first and then your child’s if there is an emergency.
Outing: On the weekend, she posted snapshots of them on the beach

“You have a feeling that if you do it, he might have it,” she said, “but I certainly can’t.”
Over the long weekend, Jenna also shared some family snaps taken on the beach, including a heartwarming photo of Hal smiling in his father’s arms.
Jenna, Henry and their three children were quarantined in their cottage on Long Island, New York, amid the global crisis, and they reunited with her in-laws for the first time in months last week.
The former first daughter, who has not yet seen her Texas-based parents, shared videos of her daughters’ emotional reunification with their grandmother on her Instagram stories.
“We’ve been in the same location for months and we haven’t really seen anyone. But for the first time, we got to see my in-laws, my mother-in-law Maggie, and I wanted to cry, ‘she said on the Today show last Monday.
“We drove down and the way their faces lit up, the way her face lit up, reminded me of what life is all about.”
