Brett Stills, of Jonesboro, Arkansas, has left the internet in stitches after his girlfriend of six years, Amanda Roelofs, shared footage of his amused reaction to seeing her in labor.

The couple welcomed their third child, a girl named Brynlee Mae Sills, on July 8, and Brett was by Amanda’s side the entire time.

But when she uploaded some snapshots of the moment her daughter came over from Earthside to Facebook, the terrified look on her face took center stage.
The photos show Amanda pushing her daughter while Brett held her leg and watched, but his horror at what he was witnessing was clear from the grimace on his face.
“You didn’t see everything I saw,” Amanda captioned the post, quoting Brett.
Thousands of people were amused by the new dad’s very honest reaction to watching his girlfriend give birth, taking to the comments section to share their thoughts.
“These are priceless,” one person wrote, while another said: “I’m dead in this man’s face.”
“Yet another reason why men don’t have babies,” someone else quipped.
A different user added: ‘Poor dad… My husband still can’t talk about it lol.’
Others found his face to be relatable, with another user commenting, ‘Dawg… That was exactly me.’
Another person tagged a friend and said, ‘That’s going to be you.’

Amanda told the Today show that while Brett can be a bit “squeamish,” he was still the “best dad,” insisting his expression didn’t insult her at all.

“Some of the comments on the photo are like, ‘My man better not make that face.’ But I thought he was funny. She wasn’t upset at all,’ said the new mom (seen just before giving birth).

Amanda added that while it wasn’t Brett’s first time in the delivery room, since they already shared two children, Kaleigha, five, and Kameron, three, he never really “looked down” during the process.
“He’s always held on to one leg, but it would just walk away,” she shared.
“This time, the doctor had it all involved, and it was great.”
