It falls to the ground and emits sparks when it hits the fences that surround a tower block.
A man is then seen walking away from the scene of destruction on Reshetnikov Street, while another walks towards it in surprise and alarm.
As well as injuries to his operator, a witness said that several houses were damaged and a one-story house was flattened.

The crane operator was injured in the collapse and had to be rushed to the hospital because he was in it at the time. No one else was reported injured
