The company no longer appears to be operating, but last year’s product reviews have labeled the vitamin business as a “scam” due to claims that customers have never received their products.

Daily Mail Australia contacted the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission to investigate the allegations.

Schapendonk will spend up to three years in prison after pleading guilty on Wednesday to three counts of sexually invasive child under 16 years of age at County Court.

When delivering the conviction, Judge Amanda Fox took into account his guilty plea and full police confession.

Schapedonk had told the police that he “should have known better” and worked on the proceedings as the charges progressed.

Judge Fox told the court despite his plea that his victim as a child was “vulnerable” and that the consequences of his offense will have lasting effects.

“Sexual offenses that occur when the victim is a child and is unwilling to make a statement can be difficult, if not impossible, to prosecute and prove,” said Judge Fox.

“Children are not mature enough to understand the consequences of their behavior and decisions.”
