“The location is fantastic because you’re close to the water, close to the city, close to the national parks and it’s still a private rural setting,” Mr Newitt said.
‘The property cannot be replicated, it was the original Gold Coast lookout before Skyfall was built. It is an ultra-modern and minimalist construction with high-tech accessories.’
