The owner of two Jack Russells was so excited to be reunited with his dogs when they met him at the airport that he sat down on the ground to harass them.
The unnamed man had traveled through nine countries for 11 days when he returned to his 4.5-year-old dog Archie and Bella at Tenerife South Airport, Spain.
They were taken to the arrival gate of the airport where they waited for their owner to come through the doors on Sunday, January 19th.

The dogs were very alert with their ears up in the air when they heard their owner whistle at them.
Both left with speed to greet him as he rode his trolley, piled high with black suitcases, towards them.
He then leaned over to fight his dogs while he turned his bags out of the way of other travelers before he sat down on the floor of the arrivals hall.

“Dad is back. Dad is back. Yes, he is, “he called to the excited dogs as they jumped around and licked his face.
A woman behind the camera said, “I think they’re happy to see him, don’t they.”
Speaking of the experience, the man said: ‘I never get tired of the hospitable house. These are my two dogs who, as you can see, love their father as much as he loves them.
“A great example of unconditional love and a reminder why our dogs are our best friends anyway.
“It is ironic that it takes a dog to touch the part of us that replaces judgment and brings out the best in what it means to be human.”
