Coleen Lamarre, who the neighbor said had Indian heritage, owned the Grays Point home from 2001 until she sold it in 2021.

He first rented it after moving to his current home in Balmain in 2017.

On Wednesday, neighbors described how Coleen had lived in the Grays Point house with Mr Lamarre-Condon and his sister Jamila, occasionally having Coleen’s Indian father stay over.

They said Coleen, who had bought the house in 2001 for $358,000, before selling it in 2021 for $2.27 million, did not appear to live there with Lamarre-Condon’s father, Raymond Condon.

Coleen had at least one other partner before meeting her second husband, a sailor, and the couple married with Mr Lamarre-Condon and his sister present.
