A Hells Angel bikini will spend at least six years behind bars for shooting two men at a birthday party.
A "slight altercation" at a Melbourne bar for a 30th birthday party led to the shooting, according to a court.
Vince Tominiko, 26, was at the Hampton Park Tavern celebration on November 19 of last year, attended mainly by friends of the church group, when the dispute occurred.

Tominiko, who had not been involved in the initial altercation, shot Tremaine Pasi in the stomach as he lay on the ground after being hit in the parking lot and others trampled on the head, the Herald Sun reported.
Tominiko then shot Tremaine's brother, Foisa on the buttocks.
The brothers were taken to the hospital, where Tremaine required surgery and had to remove part of his intestine with the shot still lodged in his sacrum.
During Friday's sentencing, county court judge Sue Pullen said she was concerned about Tominiko's rehabilitation capacity, saying she hoped that one day the price would fall.

Judge Pullen said that Tremaine still wonders why he and his brother were shot.

Tominiko pleaded guilty to intentionally causing injuries, causing serious injury intentionally in circumstances of gross violence, possession of an unregistered gun, driving disqualified and committing an incriminating offense.
He was sentenced in the Victoria County Court for eight years, four months and 49 days, with a period of six years without parole.
