Helen Skelton has shared a glimpse of her family holiday after travelling following the move out of the marital home she shared with ex-husband Richie Myler.
The 41-year-old TV presenter showed off her toned tummy in a chic strappy bikini as she frolicked on the beach with her kids on a sun-soaked trip.
Helen showed off her strength by throwing her son over her shoulder for the hilarious photo, which was posted alongside a gallery of other images.
The former Blue Peter star shares three sons Ernie, nine, Louis, seven, and daughter Elsie, two, with ex Richie.
Her parents, Janet and Richard, also accompanied her on the trip and she shared photos of her getaway on her Instagram page.

Revealing she was having a wonderful holiday, Helen posted the caption: “Deciding to forget what time it is.”
She also posted photos of her family playing in the pool and on the beach.
Last month, Helen shared a glimpse inside her new home in Cumbria, following her split from Richie, as she took to Instagram to share her emotional new chapter.
She split from England rugby star Richie, 34, in 2022 after eight years of marriage and their divorce was finalised in January.
The Strictly Come Dancing star has returned to her hometown to live with her parents as she gets over her divorce.
And while documenting her move, Helen took to Instagram to thank her dad for his help in a gushing post.
Helen showed off her strength by putting her son on her shoulder for the hilarious photo, which was posted alongside a gallery of other images.
She was also accompanied on the trip by her parents, Janet and Richard, and shared photos of her getaway on her Instagram page.
She wrote: ‘The kind of grandpa who spends days moving all the content of your life and still has time for motorbikes and football.
In another post, she shared a photo of her son and joked: “Tell me you’re moving… without telling me you’re moving… Me: Which couple is going to a charity shop? Him: Neither, we NEED them both.”
Last month, Helen posted an emotional video on Instagram where she revealed that she had sold her property in Yorkshire.
In a video featuring a fox in the garden, she said: “Hello, you. I know it doesn’t seem like that long ago. I can remember the sound of foxes mating in those trees. We have a little friend now. Bye! I’m leaving the house.”
She wrote in the caption of the post: ‘A final goodbye, old friend.’
The sprawling property is comprised of two interconnected houses comprising eight bedrooms, six bathrooms, four reception rooms, an annex and a heated outdoor swimming pool.
The former couple spent a total of £1.1 million on the purchase of two adjoining properties located in an exclusive gated community.
The news comes shortly after the former Strictly Come Dancing star insisted parents should never be shamed into being perfect or acting a certain way, claiming it is simply a waste of energy.
