Helen Flanagan has revealed she still co-sleeps with her three children as she shared footage of her chaotic bedtime routine on Tuesday.
The former Coronation Street star, 33, shares Matilda (seven), Delilah (four) and Charlie (two) with her ex-fiance Scott Sinclair, who she split from last year after 13 years together.
Helen posted on Instagram, offering her one million followers a glimpse into her daily life as she tried to put the kids to bed.
While Helen was cozy under the covers, Charlie still had a lot of energy as he turned the bedside lamp on and off and jumped around the bed.
The TV personality said: “I co-sleep with all my kids. No wonder my back is so bad!’

Helen said to the camera: ‘This is me trying to sleep. This is how I fall asleep!’
Turning the camera on each of her children in turn, she continued, “I have this, I have that and I have that! All. All!’
Helen has previously confessed that she has slept in the same bed as her children since birth.
Last year she posted on Instagram: “I’ve always just co-slept with the kids, out of convenience, so I can sleep and function normally in the morning.”
Television star Helen has also admitted trying to change the children’s bedtime routine.
She explained, “I fell asleep with the kids last night. So Delilah does this thing where she won’t sleep without me, not a chance, she’ll just scream and scream and scream.
“I talked to Scott’s mom and I think we’re going to get them into a different routine. Gosh, she’s almost five, but honestly, she won’t sleep without me. She literally has to sleep there (next to her face).
“So what I usually do is pretend I’m going to sleep and when she’s asleep, I sneak out of the room. Anyway, I didn’t, I fell asleep and fell asleep with my contact lenses on. Awesome!

“But I also need my own adult time, even if I’m watching something I want to see or talking to my friends. I just want to turn that switch off.
“I’d say I was well rested, but my eyeballs were sore and we were up early this morning. ‘
Helen also revealed she is ‘co-parenting’ with ex Scott, who lives with his mother in Bristol, while she lives in Manchester with the children.
It comes after Helen was ‘ashamed of her mother’ shared sweet photos of herself and her youngest, two-year-old Charlie, as she revealed he had been throwing “outrageous tantrums.”
Helen, 32, shared a series of photos sharing kisses with Charlie, joking in the caption that she was “trying to take pictures with my two year old.”
The post was quickly flooded with comments with some criticizing Helen’s parenting, asking: ‘Why do you keep asking your kids for kiss after kiss… like it’s not normal and the way you talk to them is like you talk to puppies.’

“You need to act like mom… they need tough love and disappointment (sic),” the commenter continued.
Another asked, “Have you ever thought they don’t want pictures and kisses all the time? I’ve never known anyone who asked their children for kiss after kiss???’
Helen’s fans rushed to defend her from their mum’s embarrassing comments, with one commenting: ‘Go away, I ask for a lot of kisses when they wake up because they’ll be teenagers soon enough and you’ll get nothing’
“It’s a parenting style and it’s totally okay,” another agreed.
“They’re only little once, not all kids need tough love,” read another supportive comment.
