Helen Flanagan admitted she has a “difficult relationship” with her ex Scott Sinclair in a candid Instagram post as she said she was crying over the weekend.
The former Coronation Street actress, 33, revealed her relationship with her ex-fiancé has been “extremely emotionally draining while co-parenting.”
She shares Matilda, 7, Delilah, 5, and Charlie, 2, with the professional footballer and they split in October 2022 after a 13-year relationship.
After taking her eldest daughter to the Waldorf Hilton, Helen shared videos and photos of her daughters’ day, including an afternoon tea with a harpist.
But as she shared pictures of her daughter enjoying their little dinner on Monday, Helen revealed she got a little “teary”.

‘I couldn’t book online for some reason and Matilda really wanted to go, I felt guilty because I’m going back and forth to London for work at the moment and I wanted Matilda to feel loved and special. However, there were no tables available and the couple behind me were so kind that they could see how much my little one wanted to go and gave us her table x
‘If you see this, thank you, my little girl had her makeup done xxx I left my phone to try to be more present and lots of chats and cuddles and her beautiful face. Very grateful for Matilda, mom became a little teary but they were tears of happiness. I had therapy at the beginning of the year and felt like I could get back to my natural self and not suppress my emotions and now I allowed myself to cry. x.
