Over the past two years, Heidi, 51, has been repeatedly criticized online for starring in Intimissimi promotions with Leni, 20.
Back in November 2022, the couple came under fire for a “bizarre” and “disturbing” campaign for the brand, which many fans considered inappropriate.
This week, Heidi joined her daughter for an underwear-clad Instagram clip in which she filmed nepo baby Leni modeling a sheer bra while pouting for the camera.
Her latest video was once again met with sarcastic comments, with one viewer wondering: “What normal mother would pose with her daughter in lingerie?”
Heidi eventually disabled comments on the post, a tactic she has used on previous occasions when she was scheduled for her underwear photo shoots with Leni.

Earlier this year, the star added her 80-year-old mother Erna to the mix for a new campaign shared on Instagram.
The German star was seen posing with Erna and Leni for Italian lingerie brand Intimissimi.
Elegantly, everyone was dressed in clothes, although Leni showed off her black lace bra with the help of a sheer top.
Heidi shares her eldest daughter, Leni, with Italian businessman Flavio Briatore, from whom she separated while she was still pregnant.
