During an interview with Body and soul She said: ‘I try to eat super healthy. We eat between 6 and 6:30pm (and having) home-cooked food, knowing what you’re eating, is very important.
“I love healthy food, I don’t eat a lot of junk food. I like being fit and feeling fit. I know when I gained a little bit (of weight)… I felt lethargic. I was like, ‘No, I have to get back in shape,'” she added.
And for the Victoria’s Secret veteran, this is second nature. She explained that she is able to balance her diet well.
“For me it’s not that difficult, I just don’t eat as many chips, French fries or burgers. I like to eat… but I like to eat healthy,” she added.
The blonde beauty also told the outlet that she has noticed major changes in the modeling industry since its beginnings in the early 90s:
“When I started out in 1992, people would say, ‘Oh no, you’re too curvy. ‘ I wasn’t skinny enough for anyone. When I tell people that now, they say, ‘What?'” she explained.
“I was like, ‘Yeah!’ People were looking at me like I was an alien. And I was just so excited to be there, which was another negative aspect of me when I first started. Now we see all the women and all the men represented, and I love that,” she added.
