The America’s Got Talent judge, 51, was spotted with her family on an excursion to the Italian island.
The German model looked gorgeous in a short floral dress, a statement necklace and mirrored aviator sunglasses.
She wore her blonde hair down and wavy as if she had just left the beach while the family did some shopping in La Piazetta, in the province of Sassari.

Leni, 20, was seen with the family and her boyfriend Aris Rachevsky, who could be seen holding her hand.
On Saturday, Heidi shared some short video clips from her day at the beach with Tom on her Instagram Story.
In it, she can be seen rocking a black bikini better than women more than half her age.
She also gets a massage from her handsome husband on the beach and shared a silly selfie that cut off most of her face.
Heidi, who celebrated her 51st birthday earlier this month, was married to the Tokio Hotel rocker in 2019.
She is 16 years older than him and previously addressed their age difference in an interview with Glamor UK.
“I am 50 years old and not 20 anymore. I am not a young girl who has not yet experienced anything or who has no idea about life,” she acknowledged last year.
‘Time will not stop for me and Tom will never catch up with me. “I’ll always be 16 years older and I know it,” Heidi continued.

‘I know I’ll look older than him before. Maybe in ten years it will be a problem for me, maybe then he won’t like it,” he mused.
“In 20 years I will be 70. Normally I make plans for the future, but with my husband I live in the here and now.”
She was previously married to singer Seal from 2004 to 2015 and to stylist Ric Pipino from 1997 to 2002.
The mother-of-four shares Leni with her ex, Italian businessman Flavio Briatore, and her sons Henry, 18, Johan, 17, and daughter Lou, 14, with Seal.
