Heather Mills is reportedly engaged to her toyboy boyfriend Mike Dickman.
The 53-year-old businesswoman is said to have exchanged wedding rings with the film producer just before Christmas, after 18 months of dating, 36.
The alleged engagement comes 13 years after her much-discussed divorce battle with Sir Paul McCartney, 78.
Heather’s boyfriend Mike sees the wedding ring exchange as an ‘informal engagement’ and the couple are in no rush to get married, it is said.

A source said The sun: ‘Heather and Mike are incredibly happy. It’s so nice to see a smile on her face after a few turbulent years.
‘They are completely in love. Heather has told friends he is the love of her life, while Mike for her part adores her and is totally devoted.
“Heather is incredibly young at heart and gets along well with all of his friends – their 17 year age difference is really not a problem.”
The Sun also reports that Mike showed off a ring on his wedding ring finger on social media earlier this week.
MailOnline has contacted Heather’s representatives for comment.

The relationship between Heather and Mike first became public in June 2019.
The couple’s love story began when the former model started sending him flirty messages while on a train journey between Kent and London.
The Mail On Sunday reported as Heather gave the film producer her business card and also a note that read: ‘I think you’re hot. Email me. ‘
A source said: “Mike was sitting alone after a long, boozy lunch and Heather was sitting next to him playing a game of cards with her daughter Beatrice.
Heather kept an eye on him and just before the trip ended at London Bridge, she gave him a series of notes when her daughter wasn’t looking. One of them said, “I think you’re hot. Email me. ‘

Divorce: Following her divorce from Macca, Heather sought a £ 125 million settlement. But a Supreme Court judge awarded her only a fifth of that amount – £ 24.3 million (pictured in court in 2008)
Heather split in 2006 after four years of marriage from Beatles legend Paul and they share daughter Beatrice Milly McCartney, now 17.
Following her divorce from Macca, Heather sought a £ 125 million settlement.
But a Supreme Court judge awarded her only a fifth of that amount – £ 24.3 million, which she said was ‘very, very happy’.
She also received benefits of £ 35,000 a year for a nanny and school expenses for their daughter Beatrice.
Mr Justice Bennett called her a ‘less than impressive witness’ who exaggerated the magnitude of her wealth before meeting the former Beatle.
In the aftermath of the split, Heather was accused of being a ‘gold digger’ who only married Sir Paul for his money – which she firmly denied, saying in a 2010 interview with the Daily Mail, ‘this is so far from who i really am. ‘
Five years later, she told the Daily Mail how the bitter divorce affected her.
‘I felt that I had lost everything. I have been raising money for charities all my life and I was asked to leave all charities [from PETA to Adopt a Minefield] because I became poison, ”she said.
That was who I was – when I met Paul, the money I made from lecturing all went to charity, I was offered a job with Larry King in America, but I couldn’t stand it. Everything I was was taken away. ‘
Despite receiving millions, Helen said she gave away “80 percent” of her settlement.
Heather, who lost her left leg in a police motorcycle accident in 1993, said, “ I haven’t stopped working with landmines in war zones, except now that I pay for my own minesweepers, I bring prosthetic limbs, I pay for things myself.

‘I’m not interested in money. I fly with easyJet, Ryanair, British Airways – always economy. I do my own hair and make-up, I buy clothes at Topshop and H&M.
‘My life is quite simple. I have my restaurant VBites [a vegan restaurant in Brighton – Mills is a committed vegan], I ski a lot and when I am skiing I live from a camper.
‘I don’t have security, I don’t live a celebrity lifestyle.
‘I am not interested. When I married Paul, we traveled the world after having Beatrice. I hated it.
‘I went on private planes and then I went through a hotel’s restaurant to a private suite that I couldn’t leave because of all the fans. I just wanted a simple life with my daughter. ‘
Heather has been married twice: first to businessman Alfie Karmal in 1989 (they divorced two years later).
Her marriage to McCartney – who she met in 1999 and married in 2002 – lasted four years before they split up and finally divorced in 2008.
Before Paul, Heather was engaged three times (documentary maker Chris Terrill, media executor Marcus Stapleton and bond dealer Raffaele Mincione).
Following her divorce, Heather dated vacation rep Jamie Walker, 46, and splashed out some of her settlement on a vacation to Sir Richard Branson’s exclusive resort on the Caribbean island of Necker.
Paul is now married to businesswoman Nancy Shevell, 61.
