Heather Locklear, 56, has been slapped with three new charges for allegedly hitting a policeman and kicking a paramedic who tried to subdue her after she crashed with her Porsche while he was very drunk at her home in Thousand Oaks, California, in June.
Heather Locklear faces three new charges for allegedly attacking a policeman and a paramedic earlier this summer.
The 56-year-old actress was arrested in June after emergency personnel responded to a call about a domestic disturbance at her home in Thousand Oaks, California.
According to reports, Locklear had drunk a bottle of tequila and was very drunk when he crashed his Porshe against a pole in the Southern California mansion on June 23.
Authorities say he hit a policeman and kicked an EMT when they tried to put her on a stretcher after the accident.
The former Melrose Place star will now be charged with a misdemeanor charge that interferes with a law enforcement officer and two counts of misdemeanor battery for the alleged attack, TMZ reported Thursday.

The former Melrose Place star, who spent the last two months in rehabilitation, now faces at least eight counts of the June 23 incident and domestic disputes in February.
A source close to Locklear told DailyMail.com: "The night [of the June 23 arrest], she was so hammered. The police arrived on Sunday at six and then left.
"When they came back at midnight, it was because she tried to leave, tried to drive in her Porsche, she broke her Porsche in a tower at her door.
The source said that Locklear could not leave the grounds because it was so bad & # 39;
Locklear was released from jail the morning after the alleged police assault, and was taken to the hospital less than seven hours after taking an overdose.
She was held in 5150 psychiatric custody before being transferred to a rehabilitation center, where she has been staying for the past two months.

The three new charges announced Thursday have been added to five others for serious crimes of domestic violence and assault against a police officer after a fight with her boyfriend in February.
The paramedic he allegedly kicked, who has been assigned desk work for the time being, has hired a lawyer and is suing for medical bills, pain and suffering as well as cash for emotional abuse by Locklear.
Locklear has not yet been charged with an incident a week before the June 23 arrest, when she allegedly strangled her mother, Diane, 85, and threatened to shoot herself.
She was handcuffed and taken to the hospital after that altercation.
