The father of a young Swiftie who granted her dying wish to meet the pop superstar during her Australian tour has released a heartbreaking update on her condition.

But in a heartbreaking twist after Scarlett’s brush with fame, her parents have revealed she may only have “weeks instead of months” left.
In a statement on Instagram, his father Paul said his “beautiful” son had not been doing well lately.
He said he spent much of the school holidays in hospital due to complications with tube feeding, vomiting and “extreme tiredness”.
“Last night after being released from the hospital, she suffered a major seizure and was rushed to the hospital by ambulance,” Paul told her Instagram followers on Friday.
“He has now stabilized but remains in hospital in a very bad condition.”
He explained that oncology doctors had broken the sad news about Scarlett’s dire prognosis.

“His birthday is May 7 and they’re worried he won’t be able to enjoy it,” Paul said.
‘I just want to see my baby smile and laugh even if it’s just for a little while. “We are all struggling to understand who we are and where we are.”
Scarlett’s family have revealed they are overwhelmed with birthday cards for their little girl, which she would start reading on Sunday.
“Thank you to each and every person who took the time to do this for her,” Paul said.
