Chloe went on to say that her “team will monitor and report all hate speech and threatening comments to federal authorities.”
“It is vital that you all know that this behavior is not tolerated. I know many of you have received similar messages and I invite you to do the same,” she added.
Chloe said her platform has always been “welcoming, safe and an open haven,” but that those “values are not on display at the moment.”
“My connection and communication with all of you is something that I have always found so special, and that I cherish and value so deeply; but it’s something we don’t have the privilege of doing right now,” she continued.
“I hope we can get back to that, but for now, in order to keep me and myself safe, it is vital for me to take these steps.”
