Cute footage shows the moment when a one-year-old boy with Down syndrome first met his sister at home and started crying when she was taken.
Mother-of-seven Ashlyn Williams, 33, of Richland Township, Arkansas, welcomed baby Collyns to their home, but was afraid Brother Brooks would be jealous of the new arrival.
However, when Ashlyn handed the 33-year-old baby to her husband Logan, 33, Brooks’s face lit up and he couldn’t stop smiling when he first met his first sister on March 17.
The heartwarming video shows Ashlyn giggling with excitement as his little sister wriggles in her father’s arms.

But when Ashlyn takes Collyns with her, Brooks bursts into tears before his mother asks, “Do you want her back? Okay okay okay. ‘
As soon as his sister reappears, Brooks returns and is even seen climbing higher on his father’s chest to stare lovingly at his sibling’s face.
Ashlyn said, “I can just say they will become best friends.
“We weren’t sure how Brooks would react to having a baby and whether he would get jealous of sharing attention.”

She continued, “But it was very sweet, he loves her so much already.”
“He is such a loving boy and we were so fond of his reaction.
“When he first met her at the hospital, he reacted exactly the same, so we just had to capture it on video.”
The video has been shared on Facebook nearly 3,000 times with many people commenting on how precious Brooks ‘response is and how he will be Collyns’ best friend.
