A heart surgeon has revealed how you can buy the healthiest foods at the supermarket – and one of his tips may even change the way you walk down the aisles.
The information was shared in a recent video posted on TikTok by Georgia-based cardiac surgeon Dr. Jeremy London.

She also suggested shopping around the perimeter of the store, which is a tool that can help you make healthier choices, according to Mayo Clinic Health System.
“This is where whole foods, fresh vegetables, fresh fruit, and lean proteins live,” Dr. London explained.
