Country music legend Dolly Parton is reportedly set to launch her own range of wines.
The singer, 78, has been developing the drink in the United States and has registered the business trademark in the country, as well as with the United Kingdom Intellectual Property Office.
A source said Sun: ‘Dolly is always looking for new ways to reach her audience and thought her own wine was a great idea.
‘She’s not a big drinker, but she likes to have something special when she fancies a drink.
“She has been involved in the development of the wine and is excited for it to hit shelves.”

The products are expected to go on sale later this year, with Dolly following in the footsteps of the likes of Gary Barlow, who launched his wine range in 2021, and Kylie Minogue, who started selling bottles of wine the previous year.
And Dolly could be in for a big payday, as Kylie’s wine generated £25 million in the UK between 2022 and 2023, while the drink was the country’s best-selling rosé Prosecco.
Artist Dolly is no stranger to branching out into other businesses besides music.
He also has a theme park empire inspired by his celebrity persona and a number of other business projects.
Earlier this year she launched a ‘new rock baking collection’ in her Duncan Hines line.
