Very fuely! ‘Thieves’ are sprayed with gasoline while ‘trying to rob’ a man refueling his car at a gas station
- The video on Reddit shows that a robbery would take place in Chile
- The car owner fights back against three hooded men with fuel at the station
This video show would be thieves to be on the lookout for – especially with people filling their cars with gasoline.
The images, posted on Reddit, show a customer filling their car with diesel or gasoline at a gas station when approached by a white van.
The van parks close to his car at high speed and three hooded men jump at him in what could be construed as an attack or robbery.
The would-be thieves quickly fled the scene after the quick-thinking driver fought back
But the quick-thinking customer steps in and sprays him with gasoline in an effort to stay safe.
While two try to flee, one tries to get into the back of the car and jump into the driver’s seat, but the car owner fights back and sucks him in too.
The van then begins to drive away while being sprayed with gasoline, and the three hooded men run after it to escape.
The potential thieves do manage to escape from the scene, with the driver shooting gasoline at them as they quickly get away.
The images, posted on Reddit, are said to have been filmed in Chile via a CCTV camera.
It is not clear what happened after the images were captured.
Many Reddit users commented on the video, with one of them saying that the fuel spray was about ‘sending a message’ to the thieves rather than causing damage.

Another pointed out that spraying the van with fuel would make it easier to be identified by the authorities.
