Over the past 10 years, the number of deaths from drought, floods and storms in vulnerable regions has increased 15 times.
All this is because major oil companies are making record profits.
So why are governments still subsidizing fossil fuels by billions of dollars?
And why is the developed world failing to help poorer countries deal with global warming?
