Harvard grad who shared TikTok video against All Lives Matter has been fired
Harvard graduate who went viral for saying she would ‘stab’ anyone who told her ‘All Lives Matter’ in a satirical TikTok video revealed that she was fired from her advisory role at Deloitte but says she will stay advocate for the Black Lives Matter movement.
Claira Janover, who graduated with a degree in government and psychology in May, tearfully revealed on TikTok that she lost her job at Deloitte, a renowned UK-based accounting firm.
“Standing up for Black Lives Matter has put me online to be seen by millions of people,” she said as she wiped away tears in a new video shared on Wednesday afternoon.
“The job I had worked really hard for and it meant a lot to me called and fired me for everything,” she added.
According to her LinkedIn account, she was an “incoming government and government analyst.”

Janover called on Deloitte for firing her and shared a page from the company’s website stating that Deloitte claims to stand up against “systemic bias, racism and unequal treatment.”
She revealed that she received death threats and violent messages from Trump supporters for her statements.
“I know this is what Trump supporters wanted because standing up for black life issues put me in an online place to be judged by people,” said Janover in her TikTok.
“I’m still not going to stop and defend Black Lives Matter. You can’t take away my mind and my commitment to human rights, ”she said.
In another video, she said, “I’m sorry, Deloitte, that you can’t see that. That you were cowardly [sic] enough to fight someone who is going to make an indelible change in the world and make an impact. ‘
Earlier this week, Janover came under fire for a TikTok she posted, denouncing people who used ‘All Lives Matter’ to lessen the suffering of the black community.

Janover, who has 113,000 followers on TikTok, can be heard in the clip: ‘The next person who has the guts, the sheer righteousness of saying’ All Lives Matter ‘, you’re stuck.

All Lives Matter is a controversial slogan that came about in response to the Black Lives Matter protests. Across the country, powerful protests have emerged in all 50 states systematically rejecting racism and police brutality against black people following the murder of George Floyd’s Minneapolis police on May 25.
According to Janover’s LinkedIn page, she graduated from government and psychology at Harvard University
The phrase ‘All Live Matter’ has been criticized for erasing the experiences of black people and rejecting the racism faced by African Americans and black communities around the world.
Many praised Janover for her stance against racism, but she was bombarded with negative comments and threats.

Still, many defended her by saying her video was satire.
