Comedians Matt Lucas, Elis James and Andrew Mensah performed a hilarious parody of Ryan Gosling’s song “I’m just Ken” at the Oscars with the lyrics changed to focus on Harry Kane’s problems at Bayern Munich.
The England captain swapped London for Germany in the summer when he moved to Munich looking to end his wait for a first-team trophy, but things haven’t quite worked out.
Despite Kane scoring a sensational 36 goals in 34 appearances during his debut season in Germany, the 30-year-old faces the prospect of another trophy-less season.
Bayern still have a chance of winning the Champions League after drawing against Arsenal in the competition’s quarter-finals, but their quest for another German top-flight title appears to have ended with Bayer Leverkusen maintaining a 10-point lead at the top of the Bundesliga.
The sketch was drawn up before Friday’s episode of Sky Fantasy Football League and I saw a recreation of Gosling’s performance at the Oscars.
Harry Kane has starred for Bayern Munich this season, but could be set for another trophyless season.

Gosling was the male star of last year’s Hollywood blockbuster ‘Barbie’ and performed a brilliantly choreographed performance of his song ‘I am Ken’ from the film at the 96th Academy Awards in Los Angeles on Sunday.
His routine has now been hilariously replicated by the Sky show’s presenters with Lucas filling the role of Gosling in his modified performance to focus on Kane’s campaign in Germany.
Kane has starred for Bayern Munich this season with a sensational 36 goals in 34 appearances.
Introduced as Kane, Lucas begins by saying, “It doesn’t seem to matter what I do, I’ll finish second.”
And he continues: “Despite how much I scored, it is very confusing to me who Leverkusen are, although I have a lot of desire and desire, I will not win the Bundesliga.”
Another high point in the routine sees him say: “I’m just Kane and I’m without a trophy again,” as he takes to the stage.
The show also features darts prodigy Luke Littler throwing a cheese and onion pie at English cricket legend Stuart Broad.
