Two friends of Harry Dunn shared the terrifying moment that they nearly got hit by an American car almost a year after he died in a car accident.
Chelsea Wilson and Ed Bunker left a friend’s house when they saw the A4421 in Caversfield, Oxfordshire, a well-known enclave of American and CIA personnel, at around 4:25 PM on July 5.
However, the images show a left-hand drive Chevrolet Camaro, with no number plates driving straight towards them on the wrong side of the road.
The driver of the American vehicle does not seem to be attempting to stop or change lanes in time.
Ed said the driver of the car was a bald man and the two cars missed each other a few inches, shocking both him and Chelsea.
They managed to capture the incident on camera while Chelsea had her phone and recorded one of her favorite songs on the radio.
The footage shows the pair making a right turn to spot the bright yellow Chevrolet on the wrong side of the road. Ed is heard to beep loudly to grab the other driver’s attention and warn him of his mistake.
In a post published on online platform Medium, Ed asked, “Will the authorities ever do anything about this? After Harry’s death, we now more than ever have the absolute right to feel safe on the roads where we live. ‘

Their friend Harry Dunn, 19, died after a road traffic accident outside a nearby joint military base. Anne Sacoolas, the wife of an American officer, was supposed to be driving on the wrong side of the road when her car crashed into Harry’s motorcycle
Many of us just don’t feel safe anymore. We are afraid and angry. I reported the incident to the police.
“I’m one of Harry Dunn’s best friends and miss him every day.”
19-year-old Harry Dunn died on August 27, 2019 after a collision with road traffic.
The teenager was riding his motorcycle near Croughton, Northamptonshire, at the RAF Croughton exit when he collided head-on with a car driving in the opposite direction.
The driver of the other car, a Volvo XC90, was the American Anne Sacoolas, a former CIA agent and the wife of Jonathon Sacoolas, a US government employee who worked at the US Air Force listening station at RAF Croughton.
Sacoolas, whose husband Jonathan Sacoolas worked as a technical assistant at the base, had driven the wrong side of the road when leaving the airbase.

RAF Croughton is said to be the U.S. intelligence listening station for the entire African continent, with massive buildings required for the base
With the help of the United States Embassy, she fled back across the Atlantic, claiming that she had diplomatic immunity and thus could not be arrested in the UK.
In December, the Crown Prosecutor accused Sacoolas of causing death through dangerous driving.
The Interior Ministry then filed for extradition for her return, which was rejected by the US the following month.
Harry’s parents Charlotte Charles and Tim Dunn are taking legal action against Secretary of State Dominic Raab and the Northamptonshire police for alleging that Sacoolas has left the UK unlawfully.
